Variations on Rotation expands on a single geometric composition through a series of systematic transformations. By masking, changing color hues and reconfiguring the same underlying structure, each painting reveals how subtle formal changes can produce distinct perceptual experiences.
Although based on a digital logic, the works emphasize the presence of the handmade. Painted by hand on wood, they translate the precision of the pixel into tactile surfaces, where colour and geometry create shifting fields of rhythm, depth, and movement. Together, the series considers the image not as a fixed composition, but as an open system of variation.
