With each piece, there is the same procedure: I randomly stumble upon some object. Something made of wood either natural or processed by man. I fully burn the surface, thus revealing the hidden quality of the object, artifact indeed. I apply some leaf gold ornaments, as if all pieces belong to some specific artisan school in some arcane parallel realm.
The unifying principle of all works within this series is the procedure by which they are chosen and prepared. So far, all objects are made from different kind of woods.
